Lina's a blood type A. This is also the same blood type as Ami from BSSM, and these two are nothing alike on the surface. It comes as a surprise at first, but reading further into the analysis there are some similarities between the two.

Blood type A people are careful, profound people (though not conceited). They usually stand out and sometimes seem like they're too serious, but it's not always the case. They like to plan and program before they do things. Blood type A girls are caring and like to help people. They are responsible; when they say they're going to do something they're likely to do it and will try carefully to achieve that specific goal. If they believe something is good, they stick to it. They have positive thoughts and don't betray people.

A drawback about blood type A girls is that they like to hesitate. They think a lot and if they think negatively, they might be slow to act. They're indecisive because they're emotional and think too much on negative results. They're also gullible.

Blood type A people love to chat with their friends and can often be the center of the discussion, talking for hours. They're profound, serious people when it comes to studying. They'll study and lose track of time, which leads to problems in time management.

Blood type A people don't dare show their target of affection their feelings. A majority of them can't find love quickly because they take a lot of time in deciding; they have to make sure that the other side feels the same way to prevent themselves from getting hurt.

Blood type A people are cold during arguments. They don't like arguing by using words so when they're upset, they glare. If they need to use words, they only say little. Blood type A people generally don't like to show their anger and it depends on how much they can hold it in. If it reaches their threshold, they can be frightening (like a human-volcano). When blood type A people are angry, it's hard for them to get over it. Sometimes they pursue revenge. Don't try to stop them but give them time (or a simple apology). In order to make blood type A people happy, tell them that you are glad to be with them by showing it on your face, expressing your happiness, or saying good things about them.

Lina doesn't seem serious when you meet her. She has her moments, but since she's always looking on the bright side, she doesn't get worked up too easily. Whenever there's something to be done, though, she works hard to get it done. It's also true that Lina is positive and never betrays anyone; she's fiercely loyal.

Lina does hesitate sometimes and she thinks before acting, but she's not indecisive. She'll set her mind on something and get it. Sometimes she won't even think, but jump right into a new traveling opportunity to find treasure or other goodies. Truly, she loves to chat, and whenever she studies things relating to her sorcery skills, she always loses track of time. When Lina's absorbed in something, time stops being a factor.

However, Lina definitely doesn't show her target of affection her feelings. The analysis hit the nail right on the head on that one. It's true with Gourry. She knows inside that she has special feelings for him, but has a hard time expressing them (usually she resorts to violence :P).

One thing that is definitely wrong about her according to this analysis is the part about anger. If someone pisses Lina off or comments on her tiny figure, she's quick to show them exactly how she feels, usually by severely mangling them.
